Mechanical equipment maintenance personnel

Main job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing and improving various management ledgers such as dynamic/static equipment management systems and operating procedures;
2. Responsible for and participate in equipment acceptance; Electric furnace, selection and calibration, as well as on-site inspection of other equipment.
3. Responsible for establishing and managing records of dynamic and static equipment;
4. Compile an annual inspection plan for braking/static equipment and accessories and supervise their implementation;
5. Responsible for assessing the daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of dynamic/static equipment;
6. Review and record the procurement of spare parts beyond the inventory quota for dynamic/static equipment;
7. Responsible for the management of workshop maintenance team members and the training of equipment knowledge for operating staff;
8. Responsible for following up on equipment technical renovation and technical measures projects.

Essential job requirements:

1. Have a foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering, with years of work experience in equipment maintenance, equipment management, and equipment team management.
2. Strong hands-on ability and sense of responsibility.
   Familiar with clay sand casting equipment is preferred.
